This judicial rascality must stop

#Just before APC and Buhari throw Nigeria into chaos with judicial rascality. Here is where the Tribunal erred on Taraba State judgement of yesterday.

Section 140 of the Electoral Act 2010 (as amended):
"Where an Election Tribunal or Court determines that a candidate who obtained the highest votes was not qualified to contest the election, it shall not declare the candidate with the second highest votes as elected, but it shall order for a fresh election."

Assuming but not conceding that the Tribunal, which sat in Abuja was right to declare that it was wrong for the PDP primary that produced Governor Ishaku to have taken place in Abuja, at best, fresh election ought to have been ordered.
